Your fee

This is the total the seller pays, inclusive of VAT. You can switch to a fee that varies with property value later, from your dashboard.

What we charge you

Our referral fee is the lower of 0.25% of the sale price, or 18% of your commission excluding VAT. VAT is then added to our fee.

On a ¤500,000 sale at 1.5%, you invoice ¤7,500, we invoice you ¤1,350 including VAT, and you keep ¤6,150.

You pay us nothing unless a seller we introduced completes a sale with you.

I confirm the fee above is my all-in charge to the seller, inclusive of VAT, and that I will not add VAT or any uplift on top.
