Where you operate

A postcode district, not a full postcode. N16, not N16 0UL. One is free per office; you can add more from your dashboard once approved (£49 a month each, inclusive of VAT).

You appear only to sellers whose home is in a district you cover, so pick the one where you most want instructions. On each shortlist you're ranked by the same independent AgentSeeker Score as every other agent there, and your dashboard shows where you stand.

What we charge you

Our referral fee is the lower of 0.25% of the sale price, or 18% of your commission excluding VAT. VAT is then added to our fee.
