Listing is free and covers two postcode districts. You pay a success-only referral fee only when a referred sale completes. Cover more districts for £49 a month each, inclusive of VAT, whenever you want them.
How it works
Tell us who you are, choose the postcode districts you cover, and set your fee. Two districts are free.
A real person checks you are a genuine agency, then you sign the partnership agreement. Sign once and every lead reaches you unfiltered.
You appear for the districts you cover, at the fee you set, and referred sellers come to you with their details ready. The fee applies only on completion.
Where you rank is earned on your performance from public data and can't be bought. Listing gives you presence in the areas you cover and control of your own fee, never a higher position.
