Every estate agent in AgentSeeker's The Ross ranking is scored out of 100 on four things we can actually observe, each worth up to 25 points. No agent can pay to move up the list, and we never adjust a score by hand.
Two figures are deliberately absent: achieved price against asking, and average time to sell. They are the two that matter most, and we are building them from HM Land Registry records rather than asking agents to report on themselves.
